Horrible vomiting and diarrhea since last night drinking Pedialyte trades are sugar-free Jell-O one slice of white dry toast and some cream of rice Hoping it would settle things down it is not so I decided tomorrow will be forced fast of nothing to eat for 24 hours except sipping on Pedialyte I hope it settles my stomach down maybe I’ll lose a little weight too although so far not so miserable
