Thanks for all the encouragement on my journal entry last week...it pays to stick with it. I am down a much needed pound this week and better yet I am only 2lbs away from a solid 60lbs lost! Can't wait to celebrate that milestone (probably having cake wouldn't be such a good idea, so I think I will treat myself to a well deserved massage or pedicure!)

That sounds so nice and healthy that you're going to get a massage or pedicure! You'll get that, Stacie! But just maintaining current weight itself is already an accomplishment in this holiday season. Have a great Thursday!

Ooooooh that sounds fabulous! WOW WOW WOW to 60 lbs lost! You could have angel food cake sliced in layers and covered with fat free coolwhip and crushed pineapples. Yummy and like a couple g's of fat. :) And if you don't want to do girl pushups til you work up to guy ones...try doing wallpushups. It will work your arms without the strain to keep your back so straight. I'll tell you I started out only being able to do like 30something girl pushups and I'm up to almost 60 in about a month's time. Good luck!

You are almost there! I can't wait to celebrate with you. Let me know if you want to go with me to the spa for a pedicure! I usually go to Za Za Nails in Romeoville.
