I want to know, if you don't eat enough calories, will you not lose weight? aNd I don't eat earlier in the day but eat later, will that affect my weight loss as well? I track and measure everything I eat.

2 minds on 3 meals vs. no morning eating: some fast for 16-18 hours a day and only eat their full calorie count in during the 6-8 hour window-usually lunch & dinner. Some say you should eat high fiber & protein within 1 hour of waking to "kick start" your metabolism for the whole day.
