Alrighty Day 1.... Ive been working on this weight loss thing for a couple months now, i have a personal trainer that i go to twice a week and have been working on the foods that i eat. it has definitely been and up and down battle. when i was younger i suffered from an eating disorder and was so thin, and i still suffer from the same body image issues, but i overcame the eating disorder myself. now i weigh more than ever and it bothers me. i have a great start and lost 7 pounds in the first month of my personal training, but recently discovered i have gained 8 back. its a discouragement and im trying to over come it. hoping to be down 5 pounds by the first of the new year
