One good thing about the Holidays and calories. Yes, there is a lot of food BUT if you are like me...there is a lot of cooking, housework and shopping to do...lots of calorie output!!
If I can make it through this holiday season without going overboard (ie: gain more than 5 lbs) I will be happy.
