OK, so I had a rough week mentally. No weight loss for two weeks. yes I was upset, yes I was discouraged, but NO I never wanted to give up! This is one of the first times ever that I didn't let the fear of failure give me an excuse for quitting completely! that in itself is an accomplishment for me!

I am mentally back on track and i am looking forward to seeing a weight loss soon :)

I am glad your mentally back on track, stick with it... just think how amazing it feels to know that even if it doesn't show on the scale, we are setting great example and becoming a healthier "us"

You've been doing outstanding and you have the best attitude to keep it going. That is already an accomplishment. We can encourage others yet when the stall comes to my scale, it is not easy to have that attitude. Way to go, Stacie! Have a great weekend!

You can do it...we all get down now and then in this process. BUT just keep chugging along and you'll hit that goal before you know it! POSITIVE THINKING~!

Boy these stalls can really mess with us, can't they? Hang in there....I haven't lost anything in months, and I am getting really tired of it. And not giving up is absolutely a big step forward!! Congrats. :)
