Today is going to be another stressful day, but I got on the scale this morning after my horrible day yesterday and I wasn't upset. We all go off track sometimes. I'm not going to beat myself up over it and make myself feel worse about it than I did last night. Yesterday is over. I can only affect what I do and eat today. I am really aiming for doing 30 day shred tonight, I took two days off to let my muscles rest. But I'm also hoping I get an hour or so to go to the gym. It's going to be a stressful day with a lot of driving, so I don't know if I'll be able to. We'll see. I also will have to eat out today. Hopefully I can find a healthy meal somewhere...
