Feeling so good right now. So glad to be able to post a before & after picture up on the community thread! Yesterday's finale' for the bigest loser challenge at my gym was so inspirational as well as motivating. Just to see the before pictures and see the now and to hear the awesome testimonials, especially of things that you couldn't do before but now your able to do. How one guy was able to come off of his high blood pressure medicine, just phenomenal!!
Vacation starts next week and it's crucial now to continue my journey of what I've learned this 60 day challenge. I must make sure I journal and hold myself accountable since that challenge is over and continue to do what I'm doing, like keep it moving. (meaning exercise, exercise, exercise!!!!!!)
