Well I added some pecan halves to my salad and hope it will be okay. I really just want to up my carbs a bit. I am not a big fan of nuts and seeds. Making sure I go walk for atleast 30 min. It usually turns out to be a little over a mile and a half. Oh yeah let us not forget the water water water!!

Thanks for your comment on my journal this morning. I know, any drop is a good drop. I am aiming for 4 more pounds before Christmas so stepping on that scale every day and holding my breath. I am sure I will make it but sometimes our bodies have other idea! LOL.

I've been doing the same on my salads, adding a tablespoon of pine nuts or a few walnut halves, just to break the monotony of Induction.
