Well I was down at 162 then I weighed this morning at 163. I haven't really been eating that much but I did get some carb smart ice cream bars. I haven't gone over my net carb limit so I wonder what's going on?? I have been doing soo good.

My first question would be, is this your TOM? Or the week before TOM? That's a frequent cause of water weight gain. I also noticed MIMS on your diet yesterday. That's a known staller for some; perhaps that in combination with the ice cream was too much? You might try cutting out the MIMs and/or ice cream for a few days to see if that has any effect. And be careful with those Atkins bars; lots of people have problems with those, too.

Maybe it's just a natural fluctuation of your body. A tiny gain could be from sodium or many other things. It may not be anything you did. Drink you water and keep going.
