So, This week was rough.and I hope in a couple days I can turn it around. I was at work from the 4th- and got in last night around 1am. I packed my lunch, like always, but forgot to bring my ice pack. I ate fairly well, but I did have to eat out a couple times and ate some gluten. :( it was not a good time, but I had no other choice. I did have some soda every now and then b/c i was so exhausted and at one point we didn't have any coffee or hot water. Anyways i'm not feeling so great with myself this week. Now that I'm home, and got 10 hours of sleep, I'm going to get back on track with my food, and get my first Zumba workout in. One good thing this week is I did get to the fitness center at the hotel twice. How's everyone else doing???
