Ugh Aunt Flo is on the way, but she hasn't showed her ugly face yet. I think that's why I'm stuck a half pound heavier than I was. Oy once she comes I'll feel so much better!

After 5 days of the 30 day shred and 3 days at the gym, I'm taking a little break today. I'm still going to the the 30 day shred, but hubby has the car, so no gym time for me. Maybe I'll throw in a second workout dvd, or maybe I'll just give my body the rest I think it needs. Depends on how today goes with hold-me-baby and my sick daughter.
