Did 45 mins on the treadmill and 30 mins on the elliptical. I'm beat but I still want to do day 5 of the 30 day shred. I'm trying to do it soon, before taking a shower... but my thighs hurt, so I think I'm going to watch a little tv first.
I was CRAVING a crispy chicken sandwich, so I went to burger king and got one. I split it in half and was full on half. Maybe I'll eat the other half for dinner or lunch tomorrow. :)
