As for what I am doing to shred: I watch about 1 hours worth of whatever workout I am feeling that day (hiit, tabatta, pilates thighs and abs, strength training, or yoga on days I'm sore, etc.) I change up my workout style almost daily as I get bored easily but I made a promise to myself that I will move my body in some way every day and I have stuck to that promise like I made it to my best friend! Stay consistent, stay moving, stay motivated. It is difficult some days especially when you see your weight fluctuate back up or you plateau but if you keep at it you will see progress!
