I really wanted to Zumba today, but I'm in Norfolk for the night. =( no DVD player or anything. So after I went out with my coworkers, I took a 4 HOUR nap! I needed it haha. so I got my butt up and went to the gym so I feel better.Zumba scheduled for Tuesday night. I didn't do so good on my diet today. Ended up going out with the guys to get wings, but instead of pop or an adult beverage, I had water! I always pack my lunch for my trips, did so today as well, but forgot my ice pack so I had to leave my lunch box in the employee fridge at the hotel which is behind the desk :( I have you make sure it stays fresh. Well, so far so good. I really need to get the Zumba DVDs.
