I planned with half heart today. I knew I wanted to get Rendezvous BBQ Pork Nachos at the basketball game so I skipped lunched. I could not find any nutrition facts on their website. So I went with the closes then I saw on FS. The frozen yogurt and cookie were just extra since I was throwing caution to the wind. Now I am asking myself if it was worth it.

I get the results of my heart test tomorrow... feeling stressed.
