Today I did okay. No work out, but I did a lot of walking and drank a lot of water. And I ate 5 small meals that were well balanced. I watched an infomercial the other day about eating the foods you love and still losing weight. I looked it up online and its "secret" is to balance the meals with a protien, a fast carb and a slow carb. And keep the portions under control. Meaning "normal," or what should be normal. So that's going to be my plan. Since I can't do some weird 500 calories or cut out carbs and only eat protein for a month. That just doesn't work for me. But portion size and balance sounds like something I can do. Not to mention cutting out the sugars and "bad carbs" like rice, potatoes - you know, the white stuff. And I will go get my physical done. I have a feeling my thyroid has a lot to do with my inability to lose weight.
