HOLIDAY SURVIVAL CHALLENGE - Week Two
Time to share your Survival Techniques. I worked a 12 hour day last night and am a little sore this morning. But I was pretty proud of myself for making it through. I thought I would be miserable. But I was fine. I guess my body is getting used to the bartending routine again. That would be nice - because when I used to bartend about 30 hours a week I was about 45lbs lighter than I am now. Those darn desk jobs!!!
Eating wise, I didn't do so great yesterday. I didn't consume a lot of calories - but I forgot to take my salad with me yesterday to work and I hadn't really ate anything before work, so I had to have something - and that something at work is pizza. So I made a small pizza and loaded it with meats and veggies, went very light on the sauce. I ate about 3/4 of it. Later I had some cashews. And that was about it. So I'm sure I was okay on calories, but it wouldn't have been my first choice for Atkins, of course.
Today I'm going to do some Christmas shopping. And later today I'm going to continue my saga with the bike in the basement...:)
