As you can see i have gained 11lbs its from general eating cheap junk food and not going to the gym, but i'm back on here so that means a change is needed i recently got myself a wellbeing journal which has a daily food diary in it and also an exercise diary so im hoping they will help keep me on track! no way im getting into my new years dress unless i lose like 20lbs in a month lol and lets face it we're not on the biggest loser so it looks like i am just going to have to do it the old fashioned way...slow and steady.
I am currently in final week so i have a book to finish reading and a 12 page report to write by friday and also two norwegian exams to take so this week its going to be hard to stay away from the junk food but i am trying.

I think if you stay away from the junk food those 11 lbs will fall right off! Glad you're back!!! Good luck on your exams

thanks it hasnt gone too well today went for lunch with my friend and ended up eating toasted cheese sandwich and onion rings with a hot chocolate and cream and then salted nuts when i got home..oh yeah and some chocolate wooops!

going out to eat is so freaking tough.. I had a hard week myself with my husband being off of work.. sucks so bad.. I wish all menus had the calories right there on them so I could at least see how much I am eating.
