Feeling SO discouraged!!!!!! What the heck?! I am maintains a calorie deficit and gaining weight. :'(
64,4 kg Sejauh ini Berkurang: 26,3 kg.    Sisa: 0 kg.    Diet diikuti: Cukup Baik.

2418 kkal Latihan: Belanja - 1 jam, Pekerjaan Rumah Tangga - 2 jam, Duduk - 48 menit, Berdiri - 2 jam, Mengemudi - 30 menit, Senam (Ringan, Misalnya Latihan Di Rumah) - 7 menit, Istirahat - 30 menit, Tidur - 8 jam, Berjalan (Lambat) - 3 km/jam - 1 jam dan 35 menit, Kerjaan Kantoran (Dibalik Meja) - 7 jam dan 30 menit. lagi...
Memperoleh 12,7 kg dalam 1 minggu

you have come so far, don't get discourage by this small set back. use the set back as motivation to fight even harder to get to your goal which is so so close now!

Yea, those last pounds can be tough to get off because you are already in a healthy weight range for your height. So you may need to tighten up the diet a bit. You may not be able to have 2000 calorie days and lose. You might trying a week of 1500 a day and see what happens. Play around with the calories. Watch your sodium intake. Stay hydrated. Kick up your exercise plan. Many things you can do. You can even google to see ways to help get those last pounds off.

Don't get discouraged Jaimie. Look at everything including calories, sleep, exercise and stress levels. Everything we do impacts that number change. Ask yourself are you adding more muscle? Do your clothes fit the same? Are you eating more carbs and not enough protein? Are you eating enough fruit and veggies? And what’s your water intake like? Even if you are eating reduced calories make certain most of your calories are coming from healthy sources. And like Suzi161 says google how to lose those last lbs. There also may be a group on FS specifically for people that are battling the last lbs or people that are in the maintenance phase. Anyway the answer is out there. You have done it before and you can do it again. Just hang in there. By the way I just made a name change. I am now ChicaLean (mind over matter).

Hang in there Jaimie. I know how you feel I've been doing so well too but the last two months hit that dreaded plateau and last weight-in did it after a long time a gym and it was was all lost water weight. I don't know if your using the FS phone app it has an average calorie loss for the month, like using this as my calorie deficit. I also take body measurement which is a much better way to judge your progress. I'm sure you can turn it around and reach your goal.

I'm the same i've lost 20kg baby weight and am struggling with the last 5kg since months:O. We'll get there though!:-)
