Most days I try to eat clean but my main goal is to stay within my daily calories. So for example if I know that I'm going to indulge a bit in the evening ... I try not to eat too much during the day. Or if I have a small treat in the day... I eat light in the evening. It takes practice and discipline... But the food diary and counting calories really helps keep me in check and focused.

I just started with the app 2 days ago but im eating healthy from about 2 weeks now. So far im on board but im eating way under my calorie amount reason of which im trying to control my sugar,pressure and cholesterol levels aswel as trying to lose weight🙈

@Raaeequa19 the brand is Spring Home Paratha... They have plain and wholemeal.
