I started losing weight/change lifestyle back in late May, early June. Took my measurements back on July 12th and just took my comparison measurements today. Very excited and wanted to share.

Bust: Down 1.5 inches
Waist: Down 2 inches
Hips: Down 2.5 inches
Upper Arm: Down 2 inches
Thigh: Down 2.5 inches
Calf: Down 0.5 inches
Ankle (didn't realize I could go down lol): Down 0.75 inches

Starting May:
5 minutes on elliptical was a trial, forced myself to go on because lacked motivation
Knee pain, lower back pain, easily out of breath (allergies and out of shape).

Today:
Went on a 6.4 mile walk..for fun
Last two days 45 minutes on elliptical, first day, didn't feel sore afterwards, second day, went for a 2 mile walk afterwards - touch sore after.
Only sore when I don't stretch really well. New shoes are a HUGE help. Lower back only a touch sore and only on big walks is stiff or when I don't exercise.

Nice seeing such a big difference! Note to self: MUST GET MOISTURE WICKING CLOTHES lol.
