Abby, I roasted the chicken in the air fryer 10 minutes at 390 I know what you mean most of my meals are made under 30 minutes.

Oh no I've always eaten a lot of veggies I have a hard time eating fruit which are also great additions for weight loss. Little by little is the key work your way up to a full plate and try adding non fatening flavor in it sea salt, pepper, lemon, or pieces of protein like I did here chicken, eggs, turkey just makes every spoonful taste different😉
