Well, as you can see, I had a great Thanksgiving weekend! Family, friends, food & fun! Actually, I blame my weight gain on my poor choices over the last 1-2 weeks! It wasn't the turkey, stuffing & casseroles that got the best of me ... it was the sugar, sweets, chocolate, sugar, pecan pie, cookies, sugar, pound cake & chex mix that did me in!!!!!!!!! Really, I didn't eat much of the regular foods. Just give me a plate of the sweets & I'm in heaven! lol! I am proud of some of the choices that I made though! I got in 3-4 liters of water each day, went to the gym where we were staying & worked out with hubby 2 days on a row, limited my calories & made healthy choices all day yesterday & ate a healthy breakfast every day. Imagine what the scale would have screamed @ me this morning if I hadn't made those healthy choices! Oohhh ... but today is a new day & time to refocus! Here we go! =D
