Not feeling so good today. I did not sleep very much last night. Woke up with all kinds of aches and pains. Have lots of meetings today. Today is one of those days that make me want to eat and eat. Hopefully tomorrow will be better!

I hear ya on the lack of sleep. I hope your day gets better and you fill up on good stuff, not bad:)

I agree, just eat as much as you need/want (sometimes we need to do this) but keep the items healthy. That way your calories won't gang up on you too fast and you will get fuller quicker if you fill up on high protein or high fiber foods. And sugary foods will wreak havoc on your blood sugar and possibly bring on headaches when you crash afterward.
