I DID IT...my goal was on Nov. 4th was to lose 5lbs by Thanksgiving for a weight of 180lbs. Well I got on the scale this morning (since we are leaving for a road trip tonight)and the scale said 178! I am so excited...I think this is just the boost I need to know that I will make it through the holidays! :)

1743 kkal Lemak: 62,53g | Prot: 132,33g | Karb: 184,15g.   Makan Pagi: peppers, egg white, ham, cheese, wraps. Makan Siang: fat free milk, strawberries, protein powder, grape jelly, peanut butter, wraps. Makan Malam: mcdonalds parfait, Angus Deluxe Snack Wrap. Camilan/Lainnya: M&M's, Mini Babybel Creamy Swiss Cheese, Chocolate Deluxe High Protein Bar. lagi...
