Happy Labor Day to ALL in FS-Land, hope ALL is well. I have stayed true to ME, my woe & wol. The only thing I am kind of lacking is the structured exercise (walking or bicycling). BUT with 2 grandkids in the house I do get A LOT of exercise :-) They are just so wonderful to have around but do tire me out! I am amazed that I resisted the ice cream cake & other goodies including alcoholic beverages so far this weekend and I feel I am strong enough to continue until the "Gang" leaves (mid week). The IT box didn't show a loss, but thats ok I feel good and I'm following my plan so that is that! I will keep on, keeping on :-) Today is PP day (pure protein, non fat or very low fat) on the D-Plan (Dukan Diet) and so far so good. & NOPE on the "Ghost", I have decided to just keep him out of my mind (the best I can) for now, so I probably won't mention him here for a little while, unless something changes. I am still deciding when to write the letter and if I will drop it off or mail it, but that will be for another time. Like I mentioned before maybe in a month. The end of this month I have Trigger Finger relief surgery so it will be a chore to operate the keyboard or pen but I'm sure I will recover quicker than the full Carpal Tunnel relief surgery I had in January.
