Now my trend doesn't look so bad. The day to day flucuations can play havoc with your mind.

Have cut out sour cream, pork rinds and flatouts. Thought maybe the flatouts (light)were causing my stall (they claim to only have 6 net carbs). Would have about two per week. Haven't had one for about two weeks now, and weight seems to be doing the same, so I do not think they are the problem. Thinking of trying to utilize the Oopsie roll variations.

Bought some new clothes after some suggestions from my wife. My XXXL shirts were huge on me. Was surprised to see that I am mostly an XXL but can fit into certain XL items. in fact, my new winter coat is an XL. Just do not want to spend too much right now since I am planning on losing at least 50 more lbs. I am able to wear stuff that was pushed to the back of the closet that I haven't worn in years. Had to buy new belts since my old belts were ineffective since I had moved way beyond the shortest notch. Maybe not wearing such loose clothing will inspire my body to lose more weight.

A recent doctor's visit revealed that all my blood chemistry is in order. Everything (colesterol, colesterol ratio LDL, HDL and blood pressure, glucose, triglycerides )is within the ranges they should be. Just need to continue to reduce my weight.
