I went to the dentist today (in my hometown, so I was an hour away from my house) and I packed my lunch! It felt so good to save money AND CALORIES!!
I have been completely soda free for 4 days now, but even though I drink water all day I'm still feeling thirsty...
I saw my sister today and I feel really bad for her. She's always been a bigger girl, but today is the first time I've ever noticed her gaining weight. She was recently kicked out of school and I think she's been eating since she's bored. I wish there was a way I could encourage her. I know when I reach my goals she will tell me that she's jealous, and I will feel guilty instead of happy. I wish we could lose weight together but I'm just not sure she's willing to put in the effort that I have been putting in. Neither is my husband. But that's a whole different story.
I am proud of myself for what I have accomplished so far. I cannot wait to see what other changes my body is in store for.
