I've been fluctuating by 3 pounds but I seem to be headed back down below 195. Hubby is feeling the holiday spirit and making goodies. I just gotta be strong. My solution is to take a few for me and stick them in the deep freeze until I feel I can enjoy them without guilt :) I figure that'll be around my birthday in April.
