I took the pilates class today.. the teacher was no where near as good as my regular teacher. :P SO that was a bummer.. sadly my back is kinda achy today. I know it is much better.. but it still makes me a bit depressed when it hurts. I am trying to keep a stiff upper lip. that is all for now.

I hope your back feels better. I had problems with a sciatic nerve before and I know how much it sucks to have back pain. It can potential ruin your whole day if you let it. Don't overwork it and remember to rest.

I HATE ACHY BACKS!!! UGH!!! glad your enjoying the pilates!! i don't know if I'd like it... it doesn't seem "BUSY" enough for me!!!

Back problems blow chunks...sorry about the achiness, babe. I used to have REALLY bad problems with mine...4 back surgeries later it's about as good as it's going to get. Best advice I can give you is to keep up with whatever physical therapy/exercises your dr. gives you. I wasn't great about it & I know it would have made a difference if I had.
