Ok, had some fun with friends tonight and went over my calories for today. BUT I don't mind because I still had a deficit of ~600 calories because of exercise! Plus, I know I am going to exercise tomorrow. Pat on the back for me. It is nice knowing that I don't beat myself up about food. I don't feel guilty because I know I am on the right track.

Looking forward to tomorrow's workout. Likely doing elliptical tomorrow.
