About to set myself on the same path as you. Arms are looking puny. Getting vascular though, so that's something.

Good luck. I’m finding it a challenge to gain more weight. I’m either counting my calories low, or I need to eat more. I’m at 3200/day now. I am petrified of gaining more fat, even though I know it’s unavoidable to gain muscle.

It's all time if you want to lean bulk. Like 200 more calories a day, more protein, and patience. Unless you supplement, which I did and won't do again. I'm hovering around 159-160 and still trying to get a bit more lean. Overall pretty happy, except for the puny arms. Still just the top two abs though, which is why I'm not bulking just yet... Another week or two.

eating fish is awesome protein and low fat. frozen cod in bulk Walmart brand (great value) I recommend and their canned salmon is great price also
