Well, I didn't do as well as I had hoped yesterday. But I'm not disappointed. In fact, I feel pretty successful. Down another 1/2lbs, so it couldn't have been too bad!!!
I have to admit - I had a couple cracker with the dip (only 3-4), but mostly I ate the celery. I sampled the pumpkin bars - I just couldn't resist - they smelled so good. I ate a cookie (that was pure hospitality - since someone brought them to our house). And, I had a hushpuppy - for the same reason. But that was it. My BIL had been fishing all last week and we had a fish fry at our house - fresh walleye. He batter dipped the fish and fried it in the turkey fryer. I asked him to leave some out for me. I oven baked mine with some butter and seasoning and it was soooo good. I love fish and walleye is one of my favorites - especially when its fresh.
So, overall, I'm pretty happy with my day. I will be 100% today. I'm not even tempted by the leftover pumpkin bars. I had one yesterday...I'm satisfied. ___________________________________________

DINNER 2 cups of salad greens = 2C 1/2 cup tuna salad = 4C 6 grape tomatoes = 1C 1/2 boiled egg = .5C
SNACKS 2 s/f candies = 1C
TOTAL = 16.5
