Jurnal sick of being fat, 16 Nov 10

I am doing well. Doctor lowered my blood preasure meds, and off all insulins & pills for sugar. I joined a gym, and try to go every other day, but haven't felt good this week, so hope to get back this week end...only o problem is I feel more hungry aftyer ...so I am getting some protien bars, to have one after I work out...hope it works ...any help for me out there let me know !!!!

Congratulations on being able to lower the amount of medications you need! I found that most of the protein bars just had too many calories for me. I eat raw veggies after an afternoon workout or my supper after an evening workout. Good luck.
