How am I doing this week?
Well, planning meals - definitely better. I am looking up food before I decide what I am going to eat.
Water - getting water in and trying to watch sodium intake (not to good on sodium intake but drinking more water)
Sleep - Definitely doing alot better - Getting at least 7 - 10 hours a night now.
Hopefully, I will see a difference in the scale tomorrow but if not, I plan on staying on these goals so the scale should move eventually.
