oh Cimory if only you can put any less sugar in all of your dairy products, i swear ill never have my doubts anymore to buy you. 4 teaspoons of sugar only just to drink a tiny box of your "original flavor" yogurt drink? duh. no more.

Maybe try growing your own yoghurt? Lmao "growing" but really, i think there's something called yoghurt powder or anything similar. It's readily available online. Add huge amount of milk to it, put it in the fridge to cool down, and let the bacterias grow on their own for a night. And tada you have homemade yoghurt. I believe you can scoop it out and add stevia/flavoring of your choice before each consumption. Ik itu agak pr sih. But for me personally, i would take that extra mile just to leave sugary products out of my diet. I haven't tried it myself since i'm not a fan of yoghurt, but i think it's worth it to have ±2L of yoghurt sitting in your fridge ready anytime you want it. And if you're about to run out of yoghurt, just add more milk to the remaining yoghurt and let it grow again for the night. That's it, that's the cycle until you don't have enough bacteria to grow—that's when you should buy the powdered yoghurt again. Hope this helps

@dinda yep "growing" homemade yogurt certainly is healthier than the store's products. i should've bought the ingredients and proudly share my diy yogurt instead. i'm not a sugary yogurt fan nor an anti-sugary. you know, it's just my 2 cents on the issue here before doing my evening workout. with all due respect, thank u for your help anyway.

@bella hampir 5sdt gula nya, entah kenapa produk yogurt drink banyak yg overdose gulanya, ga cimory aja sih tetangga2 nya juga. apa mungkin targetnya buat anak2 kali ya biar suka jadi dimanisin.

Ini sama kaya yg di botol itu ga ya? Soalnya kemarin saudara dari cimory bawain ginian say tapi yang botol kecil itu loh. Sekitar 300 ml mungkin. Aku liat bahannya gulanya 30g. Shock ga jadi minum. Auto minum indomilk full cream🤣

@tyaa aman, asal masih defkal klo lagi lose weight, ttp kontrol gula dan macro @bella kayanya sama deh beda ukuran aja ini uk pack 200ml. apalagi yg 300ml nambah satu sendok lagi tuh gulanya wkwkwk
