health club was a good move. any weight below 95 is a good weight and this morning i weighed 94.5
so i cheated a little because all weight above 95 i did not record, so i seem to have gained weight when in fact i lost a little.

health club is really motivating. i force myself to leave the house together with my hubbie and son when they leave for soccer, then i cycle to the gym and do my "thingy"... when i come back from the gym i feel energetic and ready to face the day...

ok, now i make it seem like i like working out, which i really don't i still hate every move my body has to make... but between my ears things do change. i'm even more motivated to do the diet thingy right although the motivation to record every calorie i eat is still not as it should be, i estimate that i'm doing well in that categorie as well...
although the scale is still very reserved about my weightloss, i can see a small change in the mirror and i feel looser in my tight jeans...

I always compared myself with dori from the disney-movie Nemo. from the front i look ok, proportionate and all, from the side i'm suddenly a very fat and wide person (*grin*) today i didn't look as much as dori as i expected.

so, it is perception or truth? am i feeling better between the ears, therefor perceiving myself as thinner, or is the weight shifting and ready to drop?

we will see the next week. tomorrow a small cycle trip with hubbie and son(7)
