I have lost 1.8kg in 3 days.

Breakfast: 25g oats/ water,10 raisins,3 almonds,3rd banana (180cals)
Lunch: 2 steam fish fillets + spinch/mixed veg (100 cals)
Dinner: 2 chicken fillets + green vegs+ dry roast peppers (180CALS)
Snacks: 2 pieces dark chocolate (110 cals)
Milk : 10 oz skimmed (90 cals)


TOTAL: 666 cals


NEVER GO ABOVE 700 CALORIES!!!

Cycling up to 7KM per day.
