sorry been MIA online lately, it is a long story and I'll get into it sometime, but not today.
I'm going out of town this weekend and will have spotty internet access.
Just want you all to know, I've been stable on my weight so that is a good thing. I haven't lose, not a good thing. But all is well, just busy and stressed. I know that is no excuse to stay away from here, but there is more to it then that.
I'll be back!

thanks LauPug & Paula for your comment, I really do appreciate you being there for me, honestly things have been so crazy in my life lately, but again that is another story. I really need to be here everyday. I'm out of town still until Monday, so I might not check in until then, but that is when I will start making some major decisions in my life.
