Damned arms still failing me. Just finished with the workout (pt.2). I'll have to get back to you in an hour or so.
Ok, it's later. I am feeling much better now, but boy those workouts are killer. Lots more leg, back, and arm work than before. I've kicked my World of Warcraft habit because I was skipping my workouts to play WOW. So I stopped playing so I wouldn't have that excuse. The diet is second nature to me now. Like I've said before, its not that I'm on a diet, its that my diet has changed. I was offered a McRib today and flat turned it down. There are things I want to eat, like my Singapore Mei Fun, but i'm pretty sure its not good for me. So because I don't know if it is good or not, I'd rather not eat it. If I dwell on it, i'll go eat it. I don't want to make it a mythical quest to eat something, but I want to eat healthy now. Helathy is the first choice now instead of the last.
