Well... an uncle's bday celebration yesterday with too many carbs and too sweet - cheesecake etc. Back to the bike today; leg feeling much better; able to sit at the laptop etc. I find it a real pain to add data on the phone so I'm glad I'm returning to normal. I have to add a new product to the food list here - have you tried Hellman's Thai spice dressing? it is sooo good!
