Ran into a friend (who I haven't seen in months) today. The first thing she said was, "Wow! You look so skinny!!!". I haven't spoken with her since summer, and she has no idea I'm doing a calorie count, or trying to lose weight for that matter. I know that I am wearing pants I haven't been able to wear in years, and that I have lost over 5 inches off my waist.... but hearing those words from someone-- knowing that someone *sees* the change, just made my day!

I feel on top of the world, even when my weight isn't coming off as quickly as I would like... just knowing that I am doing something about it, and staying on track, makes me feel great!!!
