Well, the weekend was a bit of a mess. My Dad is here to see me and we ate out two nights on the run, and it was Rememberance Day yesterday sa well so we went down to the Cross of Sacrifice with some friends and ended up having drinks (too many) followed by going to the boss's house for dinner, and more drinks, plus I may have attacked a biscuit barrel. But they were lovely. So I've missed the gym two days and eaten myself stupid. Mmmmh. Back on the treadmill tomorrow.
