first 30 dropped 17lbs!
second 30 dropped 9 lbs!

Looking to the third 30 days baby!... I am hoping at least to remain steady. Stress I know is an issue for me...

I think, I'm headed for a loss. Appearantly, when your Fat % goes up and Total Body Water goes down, the loss of lbs follows shortly thereafter. We shall see this week. It was true once.

From what the doctor said, it's fat breaking down into the bloodstream and your body is getting ready to flush it away. :p
