So sore... Not a happy camper, but I will feel better when I have gotten thru the workouts. Just do the work, just do the work, just do the work.... Dieting and exercising NEVER lasts past day 4 for me. This time I am listening to my devotional, and everytime I want to give up and quit I remember that He is right beside me, walking me thru this. Actually saying "God is with me" when I am tempted by 'bad' foods and "Just do the work"- (from same devo) when I don't want to work out really seems to help.
