So sore... Not a happy camper, but I will feel better when I have gotten thru the workouts. Just do the work, just do the work, just do the work.... Dieting and exercising NEVER lasts past day 4 for me. This time I am listening to my devotional, and everytime I want to give up and quit I remember that He is right beside me, walking me thru this. Actually saying "God is with me" when I am tempted by 'bad' foods and "Just do the work"- (from same devo) when I don't want to work out really seems to help.

I love your mantra "Just do the work!" My trainer was just saying recently that if you want to look like an athlete (with the slim, strong physique) you have to work out and train like an athlete. They weren't "gifted" their great bodies, they earned them! God is our strength... He makes ALL things possible and He wants the best for us because He loves us! I have prayed for endurance while dropping sweat in the plank position during a workout already!! He is always there when we call on Him and He is actually anxiously awaiting our call too!
