A little disappointing to have a +0.8 gain this week. I knew that because I had two weeks in a row with a "big" loss (-2, -2.2) that this week would most likely be a static week. I was hoping to hold steady, but there is that gain.
My numbers were good last week. I averaged 1457 calories for the week, my goal was 1500.
M: 1447 T: 1630 W: 1795 T: 1330 F: 1446 S: 1567 S: 967 (fast Sunday)
I hope next week to lose 2 pounds. My goal weight for Dec. 1 is still 189, so I am looking at 6 pounds in 3 weeks. It might be a little ambitious, but better to aim for the stars and miss then aim at a cow-pile and make it.
