I just finished my walk in our new location. We're in a quaint city park in Cascade, Montana. Of course it's picturesque here, like all of Montana. I couldn't wait to share the pictures I took while exercising.

1) This is an interesting rock formation across from our campsite.
2) "Montana" means mountainous, and it really is.
3) Sunflowers (Helianthus annuus) grow wild here.
4) This wildflower is called prairie coneflower (Ratibida columnifera). I found a patch of them growing on the roadside.
