I went to the gym today all excited to do the Kickbox Jam class only to realize that I was looking at Saturdays schedule not Sundays! Instead of gettig to bummed out I decided to challenge myself. I did interval training...20 min ARC trainer, 20 min treadmill (Did cycles of 2 min in Zone 2, 2 min in zone 3 and 1 min in Zone 4) Then I did 10 min on stair stepper (all 10 min where in zone 3 & 4) and 10 min on eliptical machine (all 10 min where a cool down in zone 2) overall I burned 607 calories so I was very happy with the time I spent at the gym.

Next time you go to the gym on the weekends - let me know, I might be able to meet you there. Sounds like you had fun and it sounds challenging!
