I unintentionally under-ate yesterday. It was another rough day and I was quite busy. Plus, I had no appetite. I really shouldn't do that again. I really felt fatigued this morning doing my cardio. It was a real struggle to get through and even though I burned a lot of calories, it was painful and I didn't get the distance I wanted. Today I am trying to do better. Even though I am eating light for lunch, I expect my dinner to be a bit larger than usual since I am watching the EAGLES with my fam tonight. YAY football party!! I do love this season.
